I'm excited that tomorrow I'm going to fry a turkey for my small group! If you've never fried a turkey before, check out the show Good Eats on the Food Network the next couple of days for a funny but educational tour of the world of turkey frying.(I'm practicing for Thanksgiving when the kids come to visit!)

I've always wanted to try fried turkey. Everyone says it's delicious, but I haven't experienced it for myself.
