Way to go! I did a low-carb diet in January. For the first two weeks I did no-carb, no sweets, etc. At first I thought it would be impossible but after a while it became more of a discipline issue. I figured that if I couldn't be disciplined in my eating for two weeks then I really couldn't be disciplined at all. Just a personal thing to prove that I CAN control what I eat...it doesn't have to control me. Good luck!
Thanks Pam! So far so good. I really love sweets like cookies and stuff, so it may get hard, but I'm going to give it my best!
